All of the feedback that we receive, even if it is negative, is taken very seriously, as we are always looking for ways that we can improve ourselves and the lessons we give.
Years of experience have shown us that people learn a lot quicker when they are having fun, so we make sure that all the teachers that we hire have the ability to make the lessons that they give as fun as possible. Furthermore, they are extremely easy to communicate with, so if you don't understand something and would like them to repeat themselves or answer a question, please do not feel shy about speaking out – they are there to help you!
